We’re excited to have you on board! This guide will help you understand how to start selling on Vauxmart, what is expected of you, and how to succeed as a vendor on our platform.
- Getting Started
Step 1: Register as a Seller
- Sign up on the Vauxmart Seller Portal.
- Provide your business name, tax details, ID verification, and bank account information.
Step 2: Set Up Your Storefront
- Upload your store logo, brand description, and contact information.
- Customize your store page so that buyers can learn about your business.
Step 3: List Your Products
- Add product titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and images.
- Ensure your listings are accurate, clear, and truthful.
2. What You Can Sell
Allowed: Genuine, legal, high-quality products in categories supported by Vauxmart.
Not Allowed: Counterfeit goods, stolen items, drugs, weapons, adult content, hazardous items, or anything prohibited by law.
If you are unsure whether a product is allowed, check with Vauxmart Seller Support before listing.
3. Fees and Commissions
No hidden charges! Vauxmart earns money by charging a small commission per sale. Some categories may have different commission rates. Full details are available in the Seller Fee Schedule provided during onboarding.
4. Orders and Payments
- When a buyer places an order, you will receive a notification in your Seller Dashboard.
- Pack and ship the product quickly (within your stated timeline).
- Once delivery is confirmed, Vauxmart will release your payment (minus commission) to your bank account within [3 business days].
- You can track your earnings in your Payout Dashboard.
5. Shipping and Delivery
You are responsible for:
- Safe packaging.
- Shipping within the timeframe you set.
Vauxmart will offer logistics support in certain locations; you can opt-in if available.
6. Returns and Refunds
Buyers expect a fair return and refund process. Each seller must honor Vauxmart’s Return Policy, which follows local consumer protection laws. If a buyer requests a return:
- You must process it promptly.
- Refunds are issued through the platform.
- Consistent return issues may affect your seller rating.
7. Customer Service
- Respond to buyer questions and complaints quickly.
- Maintain polite and professional communication.
- Poor service or ignoring buyers may lead to negative reviews and possible penalties.
8. Performance Standards
Vauxmart measures seller performance to ensure a great buyer experience. Key metrics include:
- On-time shipping rate.
- Low cancellation rate.
- Positive buyer ratings.
- Quick response times.
High-performing sellers may qualify for perks like “Top Seller” badges, marketing boosts, and faster payouts.
9. Prohibited Actions
To keep the marketplace safe and fair, sellers must NOT:
- List counterfeit or illegal items.
- Manipulate reviews or ratings.
- Frequently cancel orders.
- Use misleading product descriptions.
- Conduct transactions outside Vauxmart (this may result in account suspension).
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Your account may be suspended if:
- You sell prohibited or counterfeit goods.
- You repeatedly fail to deliver on time.
- You ignore refund/return obligations.
- You breach Vauxmart’s Terms & Seller Agreement.
Multiple violations may result in permanent removal from the marketplace.

- Vauxmart University (if applicable): Training resources for new sellers.
- Seller Support Team: Contact us via the dashboard or at vendors@vauxmart.com.
12. Quick Checklist for Success
