While Vauxmart serves as a facilitator in these transactions, we offer mediation in disputes but do not guarantee resolution outcomes unless mandated by applicable laws.
- Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return request under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, such as a misdelivered product or one that was broken upon arrival.
- The product differs from its description in the listing, including issues with size, color, or functionality.

To ensure a successful return, items should generally be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and tags. If the product is defective, specific return conditions may apply.
- Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, or legal reasons, certain products are deemed non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to:
- Perishable goods, such as food items or fresh flowers, which cannot be returned once delivered.
- Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products, including cosmetics and undergarments, due to sanitary regulations.

- Return Window
Buyers have a designated return window of 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, depending on the product category. To determine the specific return window for your purchase, please refer to the product listing or confirm with the seller. After this period, Vauxmart cannot guarantee that returns will be accepted.
- How to Request a Return
The return process can be completed in a few simple steps:
- Log into your Vauxmart account and navigate to your order history.

- Click on “Request Return” and choose the item along with the reason for return from the provided options.
- Follow the detailed instructions for properly packaging and shipping the item back to the seller.

- Refunds
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, the refund process will begin. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method utilized during the purchase.
Processing times include:
- Seller approval: typically within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received for inspection.
- Bank/payment provider: an additional processing time of 3 to 7 business days, which can vary depending on your payment method.
In cases where sellers fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, Vauxmart may intervene to ensure a fair resolution.
- Order Cancellations
Buyers have the option to cancel orders at any time prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned in accordance with the return policy to initiate a refund. Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders when products are out of stock or unavailable. In such instances, affected buyers will receive a full refund.
- Dispute Resolution
Should you and the seller fail to reach an agreement regarding a return or refund, you may escalate the issue to Vauxmart Dispute Resolution. Our team will investigate the claim by requesting relevant evidence, such as photos, receipts, or tracking numbers, and will make a final decision based on the findings. Vauxmart retains the right to issue refunds directly to buyers and subsequently deduct the relevant amounts from the seller’s pending payouts.
- Seller Responsibilities
All sellers operating on Vauxmart are required to:
- Comply with all local consumer protection laws to ensure that buyers’ rights are upheld.
- Accept returns for any defective, counterfeit, or misrepresented products as defined by this policy.
- Process refunds within the specified timeframes outlined in this policy to maintain a positive customer experience.
